Well here I am a new york rican from the bronx now in Spain. Who would have told me that a contract of director to a nail franchise would bring me to this…….. Doing what I love the most….singing!!

One day while I was singing in a jazz club in Madrid Ii met a guitarist Josele. A great guitarist for a love of songs from the 30's 40's 50's. He put me in contact with another musician ( musician just doesn't describe this mans talent) Juan Antonio.

We met at a Vips. We talked, well actually he talked, I listened (ha ha) you can't imagine (those who know him, understand exactly what I'm saying) this guy is like a great secretary who can type her ass off 2000 words a minute!! Well we ended our meeting, leaving it that we would call eachother to set up a dat to start recording.

Recording songs like once a week, coffee bar cowboy, 2nd gypsy's curse and really need to know now (lyrics written by me!) Was an experience Ii'll never forget.

Juan Antonio has a way of digging deep and pulling out the maximum of your talent. You walk into his home studio (I call it his magic shop) and see all his equiptment. But the biggest and most powerful machine he has is in his brain and heart. His knowledge and love for music is unique. I've learned so much from him and what I have still yet to learn.

When we went to record at a proffesional studio, well I can't begin to tell you what I was feeling. It was the first time I had ever recorded, let alone in a proffesional studio where great artist from around the world record. Do I need to say more.

It was a great pleasure to share that day with other great artist like Tom, Inma, Andrea and Marisa. When they played back my recordings, man what emocion I felt throughout my body. Thanks Kepa for your support and know how (studio engineer).

One day I'm handed playbacks of orginal music and lyrics and today they're real songs completed and recorded. Nit's incredible!!

Whoever says that after a certain age it's all downhill that certain things stop, well they just didn't know how to live. Because here I am 48 years old and starting to live my dreams.

Thank you Josele for liking the sound of my voice. Juan Antonio, thank you for taking me under your wings and helping me to soar and fly. Thank you Jason and Christina (my children) for you are my inspiration.

But this beautiful path which I have taken wouldn't be as precious if I didn't have someone to share it with. To the love of my life and biggest fan, Danny. Thank you for never clipping my wings, respecting them and watching me fly. Love you.
